Saved by the Saddle runs free horsemanship sessions for at-promise young people and for veterans, on the coast in Daly City. Sponsors keep those sessions free and pay for the training, safety work and insurance behind them. We are a new 501(c)(3) and we will tell you plainly what is built, what is planned and where your money goes.

Packages and prices are being finalized with our board. Until they are published, tell us what you have in mind and we will send options in writing within two business days. Every sponsorship comes with a short written agreement that states what you receive and the fair market value of any benefits.
Underwrite one Mavericks or Heroes and Horses session day. You are thanked by name at the session and in our news, and you get a plain note afterwards on what the session delivered.
Steady support for one program across a season. Recognition on this page, in our news and at Open Barn, with a written update at the end of the term.
Pays for background checks, mandated reporter and horse handling training, safety gear and insurance. You receive an itemized statement of what your gift bought.
Open Barn: Meet the Herd runs four times a year and is free to attend. Presenting and supporting sponsors are named on the event page and at the barn. Underwriters cover one specific cost, such as refreshments or printing.
Tack, panels and safety equipment that Saved by the Saddle owns for its programs. We list verified needs with their real cost as they come up. Gifts never improve privately owned property.
No horse is in our care yet, so there is nothing to sponsor today. When intake opens, sponsoring a horse will mean supporting that horse's care and hearing how it is doing. It is not ownership.
Feed, hay, tack, materials and professional services are welcome when they fit a real need. Offer in-kind support.
Recognition is a thank-you, not advertising. We use your name, your logo, a short neutral description and a link. Programs keep their own names.
Your name or logo on this page, thanks in our news and on social media with your OK, invitations to Open Barn, and a plain written update at the end of your term: sessions held, people served and what the money paid for. Larger sponsorships can include signage at the barn where the property owner permits it. Sponsors are listed here once an agreement is in place.
We never share participant information. Young people are not photographed or named for sponsor materials. Sponsors do not attend sessions unless they have joined as oriented volunteers.
Sponsorship payments are recorded separately from donations, event tickets and in-kind gifts. If you designate a program, the money is restricted to it. We send an invoice with a secure card payment link from our payment provider, or you can pay by check to Saved by the Saddle. We never take card details by email or by phone.
Saved by the Saddle is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 41-3846131. A sponsorship may be partly or fully deductible depending on the benefits you receive. Your agreement states the fair market value of any benefits and your receipt shows it. Please check with your own tax advisor.

Tell us who you are and what you have in mind. We reply within two business days with options that fit, in writing. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed until you sign a short agreement. Please do not include details about young people or participants.

Please note: we never ask partners to share information about young people or participants through this form.
Gifts fund free sessions, the training and safety work behind them, and the groundwork for a rescue program done right.
