Raise money for free sessions, your way

Host a give-back day, run a campaign at work, add a round-up at checkout, or rally your club. We give you simple written terms, a brand kit and a named contact, and we tell you what your money paid for.

Ways to fundraise with us

Pick the shape that fits you. We confirm the details in writing before anything goes public, and you always have one named person to call.

Local business fundraiser

A give-back day, a round-up at the register or a set amount from each sale for a stated period. You tell customers exactly what the gift is and when it ends.

Employee-led campaign

A team drive, payroll giving or a company match. We supply a short briefing and a giving link so each employee gets their own receipt.

Community group fundraiser

Clubs, faith groups, teams and neighbors who want to run a dinner, a ride, a bake sale or a drive. Keep it simple and safe, and we will help with the words.

Ambassador or peer-to-peer campaign

Ask friends to give in place of birthday gifts, or set a personal goal for a challenge. We give you a link and a thank-you plan for the people who give.

Cause-related promotion

A product or service where a stated amount or percentage goes to Saved by the Saddle. We need the amount, the dates and the wording in writing before launch.

Referring people to our programs

Schools, agencies and veteran organizations who refer people are program partners, not fundraisers. Start on the partner page.

The rules we keep, so your supporters can trust it

These protect you as much as us. They are short on purpose.

Say the amount plainly

A fixed amount or a stated percentage, with the dates. We do not advertise "a portion of proceeds".

Who collects the money

If you collect it, you send one payment within 30 days of the end date with a count of what was raised. If we collect it through our giving page, each giver gets a receipt from us directly.

Receipts and taxes

Receipts go to whoever actually gave. If your business sends one payment, the business gets the receipt. Saved by the Saddle is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 41-3846131. We cannot put a value on goods or services on your behalf.

Using our name and logo

You get a brand kit with the logo, approved wording and a few rules. We look at anything that carries our name before it goes out, and we reply within two business days.

Raffles, auctions and alcohol

Each needs its own permit or license and our written approval first. Please ask before you plan one.

Protecting participants

No stories, photos or names of young people or veterans in our programs. We can supply approved photos and wording.

An end date on everything

Every fundraiser has a start and an end date, and we report back to you on what it funded.

Propose a fundraiser

Tell us what you have in mind and when. We reply within two business days with simple written terms and a brand kit. Please do not include details about young people or participants.

A sentence or two is plenty. Tell us who would collect the money (you or Saved by the Saddle) and how the gift would be worked out, for example a fixed amount or a stated percentage. We reply within two business days with simple written terms and a brand kit. Please do not include details about young people or participants.
Tick it if you would like to hear when programs open or events are added.

We reply within two business days, in writing.

Please note: we never ask partners to share information about young people or participants through this form.

Help build it properly.

Gifts fund free sessions, the training and safety work behind them, and the groundwork for a rescue program done right.
