Equipment, supplies, materials and professional services keep sessions free when they match a real need. Tell us what you can offer and we will say yes, not yet, or no within two business days.

We keep this list honest. If something is not on it, ask anyway and we will tell you whether it fits. Accepting something we cannot use costs more than saying no.
Helmets, grooming kits, lead ropes, halters, ground poles, cones and portable panels in good condition. All gear is checked before it is used with participants.
Printing, first aid supplies, weather layers for participants, and coffee for Heroes and Horses mornings.
Bookkeeping, legal and insurance review, photography of the horses and the barn (never participants), web and design work, and veterinary or farrier help as R&R prepares to open.
Saved by the Saddle has no horses in its care. The horses at the barn belong to Ocean View Stables, a separate private business, so we cannot accept feed, hay or horse care for them as gifts to the charity. We will say plainly when R&R opens and that changes.
Plain rules, so nobody is surprised later.
Every offer is matched against a real need before we accept it. If the answer is not yet, we will say when to ask again.
You receive a written acknowledgment that describes what was given and the date. Tax rules do not allow us to put a dollar value on donated goods or services for you. Your own records and your tax advisor decide the value. Saved by the Saddle is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 41-3846131.
By arrangement only. There are no drop-in visits, because sessions are private and the horses need routine.
In-kind supporters are thanked in our news and, with your OK, on the sponsor page.

Describe what you can offer and when. We reply within two business days with a yes, a not yet, or a no, and we never ask for details about young people or participants.

Gifts fund free sessions, the training and safety work behind them, and the groundwork for a rescue program done right.
