Make a larger gift, or pledge one over time

A larger gift, a pledge paid over time, stock, a grant from a donor-advised fund, or a gift in your will can fund a whole season of free sessions or the groundwork for R&R. You get a direct conversation, a written plan and plain reporting.

Ways to make a larger gift

Every option below comes with a direct conversation first, so the gift does what you intend.

A gift today

By card on our giving page, by check to Saved by the Saddle, 2152 Olympic Way, Daly City, CA 94015, or by bank transfer. Ask us for transfer details; we never send them unprompted.

A pledge paid over time

Tell us the total, the schedule and what it is for. We record the pledge, send a reminder before each installment and send a receipt for each payment when it arrives. A pledge is a promise, not a charge. We never charge a card on the strength of a pledge.

Stock, IRA rollovers and donor-advised funds

Appreciated stock, qualified charitable distributions from an IRA for donors aged 70 and a half or older, and donor-advised fund grants are welcome. Use our legal name, Saved by the Saddle, EIN 41-3846131.

A gift in your will

Name Saved by the Saddle, EIN 41-3846131, 2152 Olympic Way, Daly City, CA 94015. Tell us if you have, so we can thank you and plan properly. We cannot give legal advice; your attorney can.

Restricted gifts and projects

You can direct a larger gift to Mavericks, Heroes and Horses, training and safety, or R&R groundwork. We keep restricted money separate and report on it. If a project ends or is fully funded, we come back to you before moving anything. See the projects.

Reporting without spin

Sessions held and missed, people who started and finished, and where the money went. We publish our first financial reports after our first completed year.

Receipts

Your privacy
