Saved by the Saddle provides ground-based horsemanship and wellness programs, volunteer coordination, and related services. Our website offers information about our programs, online registration, donation processing, and a portal for participants, volunteers, and staff.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Program Participation

Participation in our horsemanship programs requires completion of all required forms, waivers, and health disclosures. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our safety protocols.

5. Donations

Saved by the Saddle is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 41-3846131. Because donors receive no goods or services in exchange for a gift, 100% of a donation is deductible as a charitable contribution under both federal and California law. Donations are non-refundable except in cases of processing errors. We will provide donation receipts for tax purposes.

6. Volunteer Services

Volunteers agree to:

• Complete required training and background checks
• Follow all safety protocols and staff instructions
• Maintain confidentiality regarding participants and program information
• Report any incidents or concerns to staff immediately

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
