Use this form to tell us about anything that worries you: the safety or wellbeing of a young person, the conduct of someone connected to Saved by the Saddle, the treatment of a horse, a safety hazard, or a concern about money.

You do not have to give your name. This form asks for no name, no email address and no login. Nothing identifying is stored with your answers unless you choose to type it in.

Two things you should know, because we would rather tell you than have you assume: like any website, our web server keeps ordinary technical logs, and a detailed account of an incident can sometimes make it obvious who wrote it. If complete anonymity matters to you, keep the detail general, or use a device and network that are not connected to us.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. This form is not monitored around the clock. To report suspected child abuse directly to the authorities, contact San Mateo County Child Protective Services at 800-632-4615, which operates 24 hours a day.

Every report is read. You will not get in trouble for raising something in good faith, even if it turns out to be a misunderstanding.
